Lemon, Thyme, & Garlic Drumsticks

How I never realized the deliciousness and super easy qualities of chicken drumsticks is beyond me. Up to this point we'd only been cooking with chicken breasts. Boy, were we missing out! Here is a yummy way to prepare chicken drumsticks in your very own kitchen with very few ingredients.

Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks rinsed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried thyme
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
Place the first five ingredients in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
Mix well so that the chicken is thoroughly coated.
Cover/seal and refrigerate to marinate for 1-12 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Remove drumsticks from marinade bowl/bag and place in a greased baking dish
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
Enjoy!
