Wacky Cake

One of my all-time favorite desserts is a treat we call "Wacky Cake". There is nothing ridiculously crazy about how you make it or anything like that. TO be honest, I'm not quite sure why it's called "Wacky Cake". Maybe it's all the sugar in the frosting that makes you go a little wacky? Who cares?! It's totally worth it! I made this treat David's birthday celebration last weekend. It's a lot easier than it sounds. Let me know what y'all think!

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups cold water
2 Tbsp vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla

Frosting
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup & 2 Tbsp milk
3 cups powered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa in large mixing bowl.
Mix cold water, vinegar, oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine dry and wet ingredients.
Pour into greased bundt pan and bake 35-40 minutes.
Allow time to cool.
Melt butter with brown sugar on stove top.
Add milk and bring to a boil.
Cool and add powered sugar and vanilla.
Drizzle over cake until it hardens.
Slip into sugar coma and enjoy!
